Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Job Purpose

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the effective planning, scheduling, and documentation of maintenance activities for the SolitAir Boeing 737 Series fleet. This role ensures compliance with approved maintenance programs and supports operational reliability through accurate tracking and coordination of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a monitoring and control system for Boeing 737 Series Approved Maintenance Programs, ensuring timely scheduling and execution of all tasks.
• Prepare and update job cards for all maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain procedures to ensure the Maintenance Information System (MIS) accurately reflects the current maintenance status of all aircraft.
• Develop work scopes and preload material lists for scheduled maintenance events.
• Prepare comprehensive work packages for scheduled base maintenance checks, covering both routine and non-routine tasks.
• Schedule and ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and modifications.
• Coordinate slot allocation and manpower requirements for line maintenance in collaboration with Operations, MCC, and CAMO.
• Identify and report occurrences, hazards, operational irregularities, and unsafe conditions or practices promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an airline planning department.
• Hands-on experience with Boeing B737 Series aircraft.
• Proficiency in Engineering & Maintenance Systems such as OASES, AMOS, RAMCO, TRAX.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
