We're currently recruiting First Officers with the following experience:

- Valid ICAO ATPL (Full) license

- Valid Type Rating and Instrument Rating on B737 Aircraft

- Last flight on B737 equipment must have been performed no more than one year ago

– Valid Class 1 medical certificate

– English language proficiency level 4

– 500 hours on B737 family aircraft

– Maximum age limit up to 45 years at the time of application

Introduction to the Selection Process

The selection process will consist of five stages, which include review of your application, a technical test, a personality assessment, an interview, and a simulator assessment.

Each stage must be successfully completed for the candidate to advance to the next phase, ensuring a fair and consistent assessment throughout the process.
